I wanted to share that the Almost Home Foundation is one of the most amazing non-for profit organizations I have worked with. They truly and sincerely care about the animals and take amazing care of them. They need to get all the recognition they can for all the hard work and volunteers that help. They are amazing!!!! Blessings to all of them! Almost Home Foundation recuses kittens and cats from local kill shelters and shelters in Southern Illinois. The organization receives information about cats and kittens and they respond back with how many and which ones they can take in. Every Tuesday AHF has kitten and cat transports.

Almost Home Rescue is a foster-based rescue located in Sherman, Illinois. Our mission is to provide homeless pets a temporary home until their forever one comes along. Almost Home Rescue animals come as strays from shelters, while others are given to us by those making a tough decision to surrender.
