Congrats on the Chaagur. He is really fun, and one of my top 10 champions. His passive upgrades are the the same upgrades as his A1. It would have been amazing if the passive upgrades stacked with his A1. It would be 100% sleep chance on his counter attack and he would keep the enemy team locked out of the fight.
