I went through EZ Internet set up, and the wizard says 'no UPNP router found', however, the router I am using (eero) is UPNP enabled. I know I can just manually configure all the port forwarding stuff - but the reason why we have a nice device like this is so that it has all the necessary software and configuration done for you.
