CJadamec · #3 · Jul 27, 2021. At $40 for the filter the easy change is crazy expensive for what it does. The easy change only changes out around 60% of the oil in the engine. 2 Quarts of JD oil and 1 filter costs about $15. You get a full oil change out. The easy change is a waste of money.

I drove it about 50 feet and it started to die so I killed it right away. I've managed to siphon out about 5.5 gallons from the tank on the fender. I shut off the petcock right away and dropped the filter.The Frontier 2048 Rotary Cutter works well with the 1025r. I recommend an iMatch hitch or equivalent if you don’t already have one. Rotary cutters can be quite heavy to muscle onto the 3-point without a quick hitch. The 4’ model is as large as I would go.
