The home of the Huang family for over 200 years, this house was relocated to the Peabody Essex Museum from southern China in 2003 and depicts life for eight generations of the Huang family. 20 people maximum. In 2017, for example, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York finally began to integrate Native American art into its American Wing, rather than sequestering it in galleries of indigenous art from Africa, Oceania, and the Americas.
