Hopefully there's a deep enough spot for at least one of the sulphide vents.

Rarely there's no storm crystals on such planet. Also you can catch a mission from anomaly to get 20 these for Polo. Regardless of whether you do that mission or abandon it - the planet you discovered that way is yours to do whatever. Actually, there's no resource that's actually rare or hard to get in NMS, if you think about it.
