Not at all. His ability is a lot easier to control than say Huntress and Blight. He is a lot of fun to use. Not really. Fairly easy to control. Just a little patience and practice. I'd say at least for me, pinhead makes pushing rank easy. I play exclusively on console and he really trips up survivors.
