The only problem this causes is extremely fast threat generation due to about 9000 total heal a second, so delay a few seconds before spamming on the raid. An issue that I have with boons is how circle of healing is the only boon that essentially creates a safe area, while other boons like exponential and dark theory need to be placed near the action in order to get value out of it. It feels like circle of healing is the only boon that is low risk, high reward.
