Bassianus or klimmek.
When choosing between Bassianus or Klimmek I choose Bassianus because I want Riften to have a more of a dense populated area. I like the lively feel of it. But Bassianus and Fastres for some reason don't move to Riften. Boti says that she misses her daughter when she hasn't even left Ivarstead. How can I fix this?

I make that decision primarily to help Ivarstead. It is the closest and safest place to High Hrothgar for pilgrims to rest and get supplies. Convincing Fastred to stay in Ivarstead and start a family with Klimmek could go a long way in ensuring that Ivarstead continues to exist. Not only that but Klimmek is Bassianus's boss and landlord.
