Located 10 mins from Cherokee a beautiful double falls right off of US 19 in Maggie Valley. The trail down to the viewing platform is uneven and rocky when its wet it can be very sketchy hiking poles wouldn't be needed when dry but on the day we went it was very wet so my 68 year old mother used the poles to keep her balance.
