Turn content sharing for the campaign off and back on again. Have them log out and back in and then wait another 20 minutes and see if it clears up. Have them check if they are running any browser extensions, adblockers or VPN.

Hello! Only one member of the campaign needs to activate sharing, when sharing is active ALL purchased content from ALL members of the campaign is shared! When someone has activated content sharing, no other member that has a Master Tier subscription will be able to see the ability to toggle sharing on, as it's already on!Content sharing for the builder will only work for characters being made in the campaign. Use the link your DM sent you to create the character. If that’s what you are doing then make sure content sharing is still enabled. Go to the campaign page and check the top left corner. Do you have a master tier subscription? That's the only one that lets you share content. Assuming you do, you create a campaign (go to Collections > My Campaigns > create a new one). In that campaign, you'll see a button to enable content sharing. Once enabled, all content owned by anyone in the campaign is shared with everyone in that campaign.
