Do you have a master tier subscription? That's the only one that lets you share content. Assuming you do, you create a campaign (go to Collections > My Campaigns > create a new one). In that campaign, you'll see a button to enable content sharing. Once enabled, all content owned by anyone in the campaign is shared with everyone in that campaign.
