Moving through network in transit arriving late.
USPS tracking shows "Moving Through Network In Transit, Arriving Late". When I called USPS, the agent says that it will never show as delivered as they don't scan tax returns. Is that right? I don't believe so as I had sent the same way last year which showed as delivered.
It states in the tracking notes, “Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered by the expected delivery date.
