Instead of overpowering one that ruins the game. dawnbreaker neededa nerf 4 years ago. All they have to do is remove it from the game, and then stam can find something else to use. There are other skills that stam can use. It's just that dawnbreaker has been use so much because it's been broke for years.

Flawless Dawnbreaker is currently not applying its 8% passive increase to weapon attacks for Destruction Staff skills. On my Dragonknight, I had Pierce Armor on my bar, and Flawless Dawnbreaker properly applied the damage bonus to the skill.Dawnbreaker has an interesting and meaningful morph choice of PvE-vs-PvP, and you'll be taking that away to make a mag-vs-stam morph. Flawless can work well PvP too, since weapon damage increases healing and the like. But a stun is a bit more reliable of power, for sure. It can definitely work, but for pvp, like you said the stun is really helpful, especially because it can stun multiple targets.
