I genuinely think the idea of a "destruction" hex build for a killer could be interesting. Since survivors no longer destroy hex's and just bless then 24/7. I think the killer should be able to have some kinda perk that passively just breaks totems throughout the trial. With penti, you only care about first effect, if you manage to let's say set up 2 penti, even if they break one you still got the best effect, (gen slowdown) and even if they cleanse all of them, that's still means someone must get off the gen to break it, so it's still slows them down.

Hex penti doesn't restore old totems. Aka it doesn't bring ruin back. But instead it turns a broken totem into a lit totem. For each 're-lit' totem you make, you get a token for pentimento. Each token stack gives you new debuffs for the survivors. The most important being your first stack which is 30 percent slow down to gen speed.
