If you can see coolant in all 3 tanks you're safe to drive. The low engine coolant wont cause the "Service High Voltage Charging System" message though. Just low battery coolant. If it looks OK (at or above the mid-tank seam) there can still be an issue with the sensor itself that the dealer will have to check out.
