I had 2 applications say "Offer Phase (EXT)" and the only communication from USPS was for me to setup the GIS driving record check. Now a week later one of those changed back to Pre-Hire List and the other still says offer phase.

Initial application, assessment, and 955. Then interview and fingerprinting. All showed online as pre-hire list. Got a conditional offer and a background check email three days after it switched to selection list online. Now it shows Offer Phase (Ext) online and I'm waiting for the GIS to be done and further developments.
