Not 30th they are not tournament legal. Usually they have checksheet cards for double faced as well not sure they will release official ones but I think if you for some reason wanted to use clear sleeves or no sleeves and had cards that wouldn't be considered marked doing that you could write ulamog on like a land or checklist card with a magic back then present it from the side when played.

The real reason this person is not on Twitter as nothing to do with being fired. Justice did indeed quit/leave or was fired from wizards a while ago, but since wizards work so far in advance sets Justice as worked on as not been released yet.
