Troll cat form I think is the one with more bright color/spots possibly. Zandalari troll bear form is a turtle model. I'm about 80% sure on above as I only have a Tauren druid. EDIT. At the moment, I can't differentiate the difference between troll and zanadalri troll druid forms but wowhead would have the models to look at I think. Found it!

Aug 21, 2020 · I am sort of thinking that the Zandalari Moonkin Form is like a Protobird form of the regular Moonkin we are familiar with. Like, a Moonkin at an earlier stage of evolution. A less avian and more reptilian form. Perhaps the Zandalari learned the mysteries of the Balance Druid early on, before the creatures evolved, and chose to maintain that form. The zandalari have a more primal feel and the moonkin and aquatic forms are just amazing. The primal stalker appearance from legion also seems to fit their cat form best as its armor is in zandalari style plus Kimbul is their tiger loa unlike darkspear follow a panther loa.
