P0308 ford f150.

I'm new and could use some help. 2004 F150 5.4 with 169,000 on it throws a p0308 code. Idles ruff but smooths out at about 1000 to 1100 rpms. So far I have changed the COPs, new plugs, new fuel injector on #8, ran injector cleaner through it and today I cleaned the throttle body. Nothing has helped yet. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
