I used a Digital Miner from Mekanism with a "Tag" filter here: forge:ores/stella_arcanum That will find it way faster than you can. But you only need 1 of those. You do however need 3 Xpetrified Orbs which has a green/yellow ish glow to it. Those come from Xpetrified Orbs and are much more abondent in the Twilight.

Get your allthemodium pick asap (indestructible) and some good food, and vein mine till your pinky falls off. I seem to be having problem finding it - I think it's because Biomes O' Plenty makes all the mountain biomes something else.Allthemodium spawns in the roofs of hollow hills in the Twilight Forest. Vibranium between y 0 and y 20 in "The Other". You can craft charms (just search for "charm" in JEI) that outline them through the wall when you're close enough. On the wiki it tells you what biomes you could find them. Even though I knew where to look, it still took me some time to actually find one. When you get one ore make it into a charm of allthemodium sight. Then get 4 nuggets and go to the mining dimension and dig down until you are just above the nether rack layer. Kill a Warden and take the bounty from the bounty-board. Make a allthemodium charm and go to the mining dimension - problem solved ;)

A nice method is to use the Destruction gadget. It destroys every block except for non-quarryables like allthemodium. With a nice reactor and wireless charger setup (eg Powah) you can spam it all the time.
