APC UPS won't stop screaming. The power just dipped for a fraction of a second (lights dimmed), PC rebooted, and now the UPS that the PC was plugged into makes one continuous beep (loud as hell). It's a APC "Back-UPS ES 500"... the sku on bottom says "BE500." I browsed the APC website for the manual, but the only one there is in Japanese.
