So, lots of trig, some knowledge of derivatives, limits, etc. You'll be taking the 30 series for mathematics if you want to get into engineering.It was very trig heavy. It had some algebra 2/ Pre-Calc stuff mixed in. If you got A’s in those classes you should be okay. It doesn’t hurt to use Khan Academy to review those for sure.Math 31A and 31B are single-variable calculus courses. For your physics major, taking 31A would probably be recommended over taking 3A.
