Distinction at graduation ( policy 88-00) is awarded to baccalaureate degree candidates with: at least 60 credits (30 credits for associate degree candidates) earned at Penn State minimum of a 3.5 cumulative grade-point average are in the top 12% of a college's graduating class3. Graduating students who attained Dean’s Honour List standing at their last checkpoint and maintained a cumulative average of 80% with no failures on any courses taken from then until graduation will be named to the Dean’s Honour List upon graduation. 4. Grades received on a Letter of Permission will be included in the average.
