The customer service rep sent us a replacement charger - same exact issue. Flashing light and the bike still won't turn on. Did all the troubleshooting recommended here (screen still works if directly plugged in). Weirdly, when we unplug the usb-c cable right in front of the pedals (while the bike is plugged in), the flashing on the charger stops.
