Best Class is probably Plantmancer but it's not available till you progress far enough into the story. Wonder Tweak Shock ability does a lot of damage when it procs. Its more of a range and support class with buffs and debuffs which helps complement the rest of the teams classes. The status/debuff oriented classes seem to be quite popular. The statuses and debuffs definitely don't feel as OP as they did in SoT. But they remain some of the strongest tools in the game, imo.
