04-04-2021, 01:10 AM I found this 1984 D quarter and it has an odd finish. I looked it up online to see if I could identify it and I couldn't find anything. Can anyone help? The pics show the texture of the metal all the way across the obverse and the reverse all the way to the very edge of the coin. How does this happen?
