I have it set to block all the items he would typically use like his laptop, desktop, cell phone, chromecast, ect. However, when it goes into effect, it blocks the whole house.

Since the two service addresses fall under different accounts, the only way to view both accounts on the Smart Home Manager app would be to sign out of one account and log in to the other one.
