Speaking about fest exclusive Ubers, I don't see why Shadow Gao is ranked higher than Dart. Dart's massive damage against all traits coupled with LD, good damage and fast attack sperd should grant him the same rank as Shadow Gao, if not higher. All Shadow Gao provides is massive damage and Freeze against Whites.
