One for 1mg, another for 0.5mg (apparently a 1.5mg single dose is not manufactured). The doc tried to submit a script for 6 months of refills for both the 1.0 & 0.5. The pharmacist decided that 1.5mg was too high a dose, and would not let a 6 month refill script go through for the 1.0. So, we could get it the 1st month, but not the second month ...Let's just say I've worked at a certain 3 letter pharmacy and do not wish to work there again.
