Abstract Drug manajement is a drug management cycle which include of selection,procurement, distribution and use. The purpose of this study was to evaluate drug management in Pharmacy Department of Poso Hospital of Central Sulawesi by using efficiency indicator and conducted improvement strategies by Hanlon method.
Hanlon method. There are three central features of the method: Focuses on identifying explicit criteria to be considered in setting priorities. Ability to organize factors into groups that are weighted relative to each other. Allows for modification and individual scoring of factors. The research method used is an assessment method whose results will be presented descriptively with quantitative and qualitative approaches.
