Jun 2022. This is 1 mile south of Historic Lake Scott State Park. It's well signed. Battle Canyon is actually on private land, but it's available for us to look at for free. There's an information board at the bottom of the hill. The road is gravel the whole way. At the top there's the monument & at each corner it tells what went on in the battle.
