Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck. Just make sure that you get adequate practice and review in. It really helps with consolidating vocabulary.

Most of my discretes felt like redoing miledown cards. The jack sparrow deck might be more comprehensive but it feels like it defeats the purpose of anki by being a literal textbook to memorize and i couldn't fathom it. Mcat is a mile wide inch deep.
