I think that most people end up picking Kematu’s side, but as far as I know there’s no telling who’s actually telling the truth. I usually help Saadia though because she’s currently doing no harm and is helping at the inn, whereas you can find the Alik’r can interrogating and threatening Redguard women that aren’t Saadia randomly throughout Skyrim.
