Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of skin options available for male characters because everyone is horny. Tempered is widely considered the best option, but it's a pretty "mature" skin. I use it on my male and female characters precisely for that reason. Having said that, make sure you select the young/smooth option when installing the mod.
