You could always make a request to someone to redo an existing K1 head to resemble a head you like in Kotor II. Nothing objectionable about that. It lets you plays as a female Revan and you can still romance Bastila basically. Wow, that's kinda cool! Though I've never encountered such a mod. Only those which enhance vanilla romantic story if you're male.
