Shrooms two days in a row? What is everyone's advice on this scenario? I ate one cap last night that was only .3g (effectively a micro dose) and I have 3g leftover. The the cap only felt like a stimulant, I wasn't deep in thought, I had no visuals, I was only energized and almost as if I was on adderall and felt pretty focused.

C twice daily, take alpha-lipoic acid 3x daily /w a meal, take Fish Oil at least twice daily and double up the recommended dosage if your stomach can take it, start taking magnesium in the days leading up to it.
