The majority of us ordered the 12 ounce sirloin that we cook on our own black hot rock. The mail came with two sides. I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything taste great and we referred to the menu for the cooking guide on how long you should leave your meat on the hot rock for your desired temperature.
