Achievements refer to the list of missions for Conan Exiles on Steam and consoles. They aren't in-game achievements. There are too many to list in a table, but they all (Exiled Lands) fit into one of these categories. Leveling - achievements every ten levels through 60. If you're level 60 and out of feat points then there's still a way. You need to collect and use Fragments of Power. Using one these will give you 10 additional feat points. Since Firebowl Cauldron only cost 3 feat points 1 Fragment is all you need. Check your inventory, you may already have one. You have enough points to buy a lot of things to craft, and you can always learn, build, then drink a lotus potion to reset the points and learn something you missed to craft it. A T3 Bearer isn't difficult to find in Exiled Lands or Isle of Siptah and is a good enough tank for gathering expeditions. Along with a Horse that's 30 slots for storage. You can do just fine with 20 Encumbrance or less based on what gear you're using. You're putting entirely too many points into Encumbrance.

Within the vanilla game you can gain more points for feats. Accumulate power stones and consume for feat points. Alternately, use power stones to learn from library the power tablet. A bit of RnG but well worth it because power tablet takes 5 power stones to make and gives you like 60 points to spend on feats. It is a bit of a grind but doable.
