To use the red eye orb again, you have to switch back to Darkwraith, or you simply can use cracked eye orbs and stay in another covenant. After killing Nito you can't go back to gravelord, so keep this in mind. You can only use the Red Eye Orb if you currently belong to the Darkwraith covenant. Period. It doesn't matter your rank in the covenant.
