Sep 2021. It’s hard not to rate a National Park with five stars, and Tallgrass Prairie is no exception. There’s a small visitor center where you can get a trail map, a historic home, barn and a number of outbuildings, all of which are self guided. The surrounding prairie is very beautiful, although we were not rewarded with views of any bison.
