It is distinctly different from the other whites in our program and has been a fun grape to play around with in the cellar. While the majority of this wine is Texas High Plains fruit, a small portion is from our estate. This wine has a lovely and aromatic nose with black cherries, brown sugar and caramel, chocolate and fig. The palate matches the nose with lots of ripe velvety black cherries and a cocoa finish.
