On my Grineer loadout I'm using 240% Corrosive and 90% Heat. Fitting in Primed Cryo Rounds would mean removing 60% Corrosive, and turning the 90% Heat into 255% Blast, which is weak against Ferrite Armor. You should replace serration and high voltage with primed cryo rounds and hammer shot, (yes hammershot is the best in slot in this case unless you want faster firerate, but he wants to oneshot). If you do not have primed cryo rounds use the regular one. You can also use primed cryo and point strike.
