If it is to do with number of recruits I hope they fix it. I mean its outside of their perogative since it involves modding the game to increase the recruit slots but I've not even seen the full map yet and love to gather a big group of comrades, there's still a couple of Unique Recruits in the game so far I haven't even gotten.
