I'm in Folgunthur where there are 2 levers in the left and 2 in the right that control 4 gates, but in my game it doesn't have solution. Considering the levers with up and down states (2 states), there are a total of 16 conbinations. I tryed ALL of them and none worked.

This door is opened using the ivory dragon claw found in Folgunthur during the quest; the correct combination is Eagle—Eagle—Dragon. It is impossible to drop or sale quest items. Most of the time the claw is inside the dungeon you will need it in, minimising the risk of losing it. The ivory claw should be in the dead body of Daynas Valen in Folgunthur.
