A lot of taijutsu scrapper is preferance actually, there is a ton of build diversity between skills and stat allocation (full swift, 60/40, 50/50, full crit) You kinda can't go wrong with taijutsu. Test them out and see what feels good. Surprised to see that you can build hallucination instead of entropy.

Scrapper is nice because their stat distribution is not set in stone like most other builds. The Meta right now is either 1:1 (or almost 1:1) crit/swift or full swift with crit/swift neck. I run the full swiftness build that takes raid captain as the 5th engraving while the 1:1 build takes KBW
