The last time I would have considered it good was 2017. If you liked it in metamorphic you should be ok with it now. I'm not trying put the skill down, it was fine in metamorph, just had low DPS which has been improved.

Just checked poe ninja. Of the 5% ish of builds using CWC, the only example I could find that was not a 4L utility skill was a whispering ice build. Otherwise it’s generally used to automate corpse generation for things like generals cry, VD, or DD.

I messed around some in PoB and made an Ice spear totem deadeye build with inspiration from one of Mathil's old totem builds. It is spell suppress capped running grace and determination with ~5k life, 1k ES. It has 3 - 10 million dps depending on gear. I play HC and have limited playtime so I cannot play this guy's build.
