To the OP: I recommend upgrading to crafted gear at lvl 76, the crit and block are substantially higher than waterworks gear.

In order to get that xp when the level cap increases, you will have to have not completed the Waterworks over two times. Each dungeon allows you to gain xp from quest twice only. The first time you complete it you get full experience. The second time you get half the experience. Third or more, you don't get any.

I personally would go ww boots house of scales hat and robe and normal 56 ring and athame. That would give you a good balance. Biggest thing for waterworks gear for myth is you get like 19% accuracy so almost perfect accuracy at level 60.
