Update: H4 COS got approved, BUT NOT THE H4EAD. Moron's did not approve the EAD at the same time. Now the spouse will have loose the current job. 9 months and they could not even look at the EAD which has the same received date as H4 COS app. The unnecessary RFE and this delay seems intentional to trouble H4 folks.
