Bank is definitely the better path, and I've found ways to optimize with just regular Overclock, so uh... yea, overclock op lol. overclock isn't that overpowered cause it is expensive espiecially ultra boost. The thing is that once you buy an ultraboost and overclock a tower permanetly has 8x attack speed. I beg to differ after my experiments.
