Bottomless Mimosas and a time to spend with friends was all we needed to visit Upstairs Circus. Upon entry, the ceiling has these awesome open umbrellas that give it the circus or Mary Poppins feel (both which are great in my book). The distressed wood art was kind of a let down when comparing it to other pallet places.
